Into the Unknown: First Steps (Weekly Dev Log 03)

Hello everyone, Act 4- Election at Starrysands is almost finished. I just need to add some more details to the setting guide and then go through and refine the rest of the act. This act is the largest and most complex so far in First Steps and has been a lot of fun to write. I am aiming to release Act 4 before June 31st.
